Nitrous

Wanna have a little fun with my 2000 v6 mustang. I wanna put a nitrous kit on it. Where can I find one for my 2000 v6... Could I use a nitrous kit from a 99-04 Gt?

They can be safe but when it goes wrong it is usually big and costly. A V6 is good for a 50 or 75 shot stay away from anything higher, other thing is it is only temporary hp... bottle is empty back normal. A good kit will add up with a remote bottle opener ( a must unless you are going to drive around with it open all the time), purge kit, warmer, etc. go with supercharger. like I said 99% are safe but google some mis haps and the results. I have only been around one intake back fire that sealed the deal for me to stay away.

I ddin't know you where looking at turbo kit so either continue or look at a supercharger, altleast these offer constant HP. nitrous can be worth it but like I stated it is only temporary HP, weigh the options.

What are your goals with this car? 4.10's are outstanding in drag applications as a buddy of mind with a Cobra Conversion runs them and they smoke me every time. If you plan to run long distance than the 4.10's are terrible! As stated, forced induction is a MUCH better route than n2o. It's much much easier to blow something up when running spray ignorantly.

A single turbo would some good. It would be best to run around 8 to 10 pounds unless u rebuilt ur engine.
