I got a gt take off dual exhaust. It bolted up right behind the catalytic converters and came with an H-pipe. I then replaced the mufflers with flowmaster. It has a very nice rumble at low rpm. still does at higher rpm too, but the v6 whine becomes more apparent. It is fairly loud without droning in the car. Also, if you can manage it I recommend getting a gt take off bumper with it. It looks a lot cleaner in the end than cutting the v6 bumper, or just going under the bumper.

Go with corsa performance mufflers, you can't get them directly from corsa, but you can get them from other places online, they sound amazing and add a little more horsepower than any flowmaster

+1 on OR H-Pipe.it will definently help at low rpm. Once you get above about 3500 you will notice higher pitch. Flowmasters won't help this I would say either magnaflows or borlas. I have magnaflows and it is still noticeable and the borlas will probably be about the same. Unfortunitly you will never sounds like a V8

^That will sound best^
Take your time and surf around YouTube listening to all the setups. Its one of the best mods you can do and make it all your own.
Try a MAC Prochamber and dumps.
Try a Thrush Welded set up.
Flowmaster compliments V6's- I run FM 10 Series mufflers.
