Lookin at Dual Exhaust for my 95
#1
I have a couple questions....I was planning on getting my exhaust done at a local shop here in Spokane by a place that was charging me 325.50...But they weren't real flowmaster mufflers. Now I found an exhaust system on ebay...its a takeoff GT with Flowmasters...the only thing is I know that my e-brake cable has to be moved and that the exhaust hangers have to be replaced to fit on my year. Now I have someone who can weld that on for me, but I don't know if they can change the e-brake cable's position and do the hangers...Would this add up to be the same price? Have any of you done the e-brake cable? I'm not worried about the hangers as much cause I know a muffler place could do that easily, but I don't know much about moving the cable? Any information as soon as possible would be great, because the auction ends tonight.
Thanks,
Jeff
Thanks,
Jeff

I bought a MAC catback for my 2000 v-6. It was very easy, and didn't require moving anything. I haven't heard of moving ANYthing on a cat-back exhaust instal, but I'm not very familiar with the 95's.

im with chris on this, i have a mac catback ( y pipe kit but i have a catted H pipe sitting in my garage that im gonna install within a few days ) i love the sound its really deep, great price. Pre 99s are known to be a litle deeper then the 99-04 due ot the differant cam in pre99 vs 99-04. GT take offs are good if you dont really plan on adding much power to your car most say 2.25 for n/a , 2 and 1/2 piping for people who are going to do turbo, blower, or nitrous.
