Never heard of them but they claim a large horse power gain (28 to 43). Any info?

I bought one. I did'nt notice MUCH of a difference in hp gains. The thing was so light, I got curious as to the contents inside the little black box so I opened it up. Sure enough, like i read on some posts on the internet, it was a single resistor taking up only a fraction of the volume of the case glued to the center of it. I measured it with a multimeter, it's about 4600 ohms. I paid $26 and change, including shipping.
