just got new rims for my car and have a couple problems...

I put new rims and tires on my mustang and the tires are more low profile than the older comfort tires but i noticed when im driving they make a lot of tire whooshing noise... it gets worse when i turn and sounds like they are like dirtbike tires on the road even though they are summer tires. ive also noticed they also pull to the right slightly. before with the old rims and tires my car pulled to the right a little but it pulls a little more now but still not that much.
what could it be? max PSI is 51 pounds for the tires and i have them at 37 psi they are full out summer tires NOT winter or all season.

different brand tires have different noise levels. What kind of tires did you get? If they are wider than the stock they may pull a little more than normal.
