Just bought a Mustang idk what to check for

I bought a 99 v6 manual convertible mustang with about 160k miles. The car runs like a dream and no engine lights but, it's been sitting in a driveway for 2 years. What should I be replacing and checking to make sure is ok. So far the only thing I've done is change the oil , inflate tires and check the clutch for any signs of wear.

check the tires for dry rot/ cracking. Check the tire pressure again in a few days. Take a look under the car to look for any leaks. Start it up and see if you hear any odd noises. The belt tensioner sometimes will squeak.... check the belt for dry rotting both sides. Check battery voltage while the car is off and then while it is running. Autozone will do this for free. I'm sure Mr Hotex will be along soon to offer his expertise. Welcome to TMS ..... Party ON

I did a tune up myself. New coil pack, new plugs and new wires. The battery isn't older than 2015, the only thing that seems to be squeaking is my throw out bearing. Because once I push in the clutch noise is gone when I release the clutch its back. Also what type of diff fluid and tranny fluid should I use? and 50/50 coolant is fine for the rad right?

I also hear this weird noise when I start the car cold. But once it warm and I start it up later the noise is gone any thoughts?
