Does anyone know how to properly remove the headlight switch (on/off)? I am going in install reverse gauges but cant figure out how to get the thing off...

 

there is a small pin in the underside I think. You need to remove this and the headlight switch should come off when you pull it. (mine never had the pin replaced, the amount of times I have just ended up with the switch in my hand and no headlights.........)

 

^ superglue , but yeah hes right pull it out then turn the button till u see the metal clip and just gotta remove that and pull on the switch

 

I broke my headlightswitch when removing it,
The headlightswitch is the most advanced thing on a Mustang!
