I just bought some fog lights for my '03. How do I get to and splice into the parking light wires? The wiring harness I bought has a switch on it.

 

Are you trying to get them to turn on with the parking lights and not the headlights?

 

It has to be hooked up to where either the parking lights or headlights are on to work.

 

K, they're installed. The problem is, when they're on for a long enough time and you turn them off, they won't come back on. You have to turn the car off and wait a couple minutes, then turn the car back on.
Also, they lights only work when the car is running. There's power running to the switch, I can see that.
