Can't Remove Reflectors

Can't Remove Reflectors

Hey guys,

Trying to te rear reflectors on my 94 Mustang because thecurrent ones are cracked. I cannot figure for the life of me how to get them off. Any ideas from anybody?

The tail lamps are manufactured as an assembly. That means you cannot get just the outer lens. It is a sub assembly part that is permanently glued to the lamp housing. Of course to take the lamp assembly off the body, you have to open the trunk, remove the trim inside the back panel then unscrew the nuts that hold the tail lamp unit to the body. Next remove the bulb sockets and then it is free.
