Blown head gasket?!?!

What are tale tell signs of a blown head gasket because i moved my 98 v6 and so i started it and there is white smoke coming out of my tail pipes and water dripping from them and i noticed its running alil bit rough not horrible just barely enough to notice need to know

white smoke from the tail pipes, fruity smell coming from the tails also is a good sign when the car is at operating temp and teh smoke continues. if the car is cold there is going to smoke from the tails and water dripping. you can pull your plugs, a plug burnning coolant will have a tell tail sign vs the others. you can do a leak down test or test the coolant for hydrocarbons ( high reading pretty much nails it). the intake also make have a leak so check this also.
