Well the LX is running good and looking strong but we have a couple of things wed like to get fixed asap.

Here they are:

#1: There is a bulb out right about the speedo and how do I get to it and what kinda of bulb do I need to use?

#2 The water temp guage is not working and we have no idea how to fix it.

Thanks.

EDIT:

What about subframe connects. Any info welcome.

If you want sub frame conectors get the bolt on ones then get them welded after you bolt them on. Its like night and day!

Kenny Brown, they make great stuff, and they are very nicely priced. Also, with thier subframes if you decide you want more rigidity later on, you can add on the jacking rails and extreme braces

My guess is to fix the bulb you need to pull the speedometer cluster.
As for the water temp guage I would 1st suspect an unplugged wire from the temperature sending unit. On a 2.3 its located on the driverside of the head back against the fire wall. Same side as the rear most intake pipe about two widths of a finger and a little down.

If you have V8? I can only guess from memory its near the thermostat at the front motor. Follow the upper radiator hose.

Back to the speed o cluster issue.
Maybe these photos will both help and inspire?

For the subs, I second the Kenny Brown option, they are top quality. Maximum Motorsports has quality stuff as well. Go with the weld-ins, the bolt-ons are less effective and can work loss with hard use.

I have a set of $50 standard length subframe connectors with the cross brace seat support on my car from Blue Oval Industries...I guess thats the same company who manufactured them too(?). I welded them on and they do make the car feel a lot stiffer and it doesn't squeak and rattle as much.
