Trunk bodies vs Hatches

I'm in the market for a mustang (older) and I really like the trunk bodies vs the hatches, just wanna get some opinions. I want hp at the rear wheels but I don't want it to be too heavy or too light? Suggestions

Everybody goes for the very beautiful 68 fastback. But they made and sold more coupes, but you dont see many of them around. I went for a 66 coupe and it has its own presence. Dont take anybodies advice, you will know what's right for you when you see it.

Well this thread obviously isn't about fastbacks. It's about hatchbacks vs. notchbacks which applies only to 1974-78 Mustang II's and 1979-93 Mustangs. The OP was referring to the 1979-93 Models. I say go for the notchback because they are indeed a little bit lighter and always look great in the notch roofline.
