Trunk bodies Vs Hatches?

I'm in the market for a stang (Older) and I'm in a toss up between a trunk body or a hatch. I have heard that hatches are heavier than the trunks? I wanna be able to have good hp at the rear wheels and not worry bout weight but also not worry bout being too light in the rear? Suggestions ?

more about preference imo. some like the looks of a notch over a hatch and vise versa. not a huge weight difference. google it the numbers are out there. notches in good shape are harder to find and cost more $$ than hatches in most cases but not all. both are light in the rear but nothing that nobody hasn't been able to handle over the years, avoid fiberglass panels in the rear ie trunk lids, hatches, etc. save your weight in other spots and this will help with the rear traction. a good suspension set up/ correct tires it will hook.
