Suspension Upgrades

So I've done a little research but I have some questions.

I'm going to get the Kenny Brown Super Subs for the subframe connectors.

And I've decided on Steeda for the suspension upgrade.

My question is... I want to get a whole kit, but I don't know what to get.

I was looking at the G-Trac Stage 1 and Stage 2.

The Stage 1 has springs and strut tower brace and caster / camber plates.

The Stage 2 has the Tokico shocks and the control arms and sway bar.

It seems to me that I just wnat the Stage 2 as I don't really want to lower the car. But I don't know that I can get Stage 2 without Stage 1.

So any help would be appreciated.

I'm not racing the car, or taking it to the track or anything of the sort. I just want it to handle a little better.

I guess the Fox forums here are fairly vacant.

A shame because I don't really like many other Mustang boards. Oh well...

I can help. First thing is to decide on what you want out of your car which it seems you already have. The KB subframes are a good start as they will stiffen up the chassis. I would also get the KB strut and lower K brace. The three together will really tighten up the chassis and allow the suspension that you already have to work that much better. Next I would go with the shocks and sway bars. The shocks will firm up the ride and the sways will get rid of any unwanted body roll. Since your not going to race the car, skip the control arms and use the money for some other upgrade.

I know you said your against lowering the car but I would suggest a set of springs to complete the package. Ford Racing has a nice set of springs for the Fox Stangs which has a mild drop. My friend has them on his car with the Tokico adjustable shocks and he loves it.

Hope all this helps.
