I am looking for a suspension kit that is going to be a nice street suspension (comfortable) but is going to lay power to the pavement for the track. my car is in the process of everything being rebuilt and its going to be mostly street. Im not really concerned about price... just not something ridiculous in price.... 2 more questions... would you recommend going with a coil over? and the Eibach Drag Launch springs... are they going to be good on the street are they not going to provide me with the ride that I am looking for. Thank you for all the help in advance.... i appreciate all the feedback.

You want a Drag suspension or a good and fun cornering suspension. I am all for drag racing but if you are not gonna be at the track alot get a Griggs or Kenny Brown Kit. Coilovers are a good choice.

Well you are looking at something that is going to be a toss-up. Its hard to get the right mix between the 2 (straight line and cornering).

My suggestion is to go with a good set of progressive rate springs (something like the eibach pro-kit). Then a set of adjustable struts/shocks for the car. I would run the Strange 10-way adjustables found at summitracing. That way you can loosen them up ALOT for teh track, and tighten them back for the street. The eibach springs are a handling designed spring.. but its progressive rate nature will still provide a good bit of weight transfer. Also a good set of upper and lower control arms will help plant the car to the ground under hard accel.

Dont forget to invest in subframe connectors. I recommend the Kenny Brown's myself. They will help teh car in every aspect from curves, straight and daily driving.

if you are on a budget, I wouldnt worry about coil overs. They save weight and can help you in the long run, but its a little bit more involved and you woudl defintely have to research to figure out the best setup for what you want.
