Running Lights On 1993 Ford Mustang LX
#1
I have recently purchased a 1993 Ford Mustang 5.0 LX convertible in the US and brought it to Canada.
I have to put daytime running lights on it to bring it up to Canadian Laws.
I know that the models made for Canada had these these lights from the factory but the US ones didn't.
Ford dealer was no help. Nor was the repair manual on CD I bought on ebay.
Just looking for an easy solution adding a ford part or sticking in a fuse if possible so that not a lot of wiring spicing takes place.
Thanks in advance,
Jason :bang:

Find someone who is good with electricity and let them wire up, or tell you how to, add a switch that can be flipped to turn on the park lights or headlights on low light. You might just be able to run a wire to the bulbs and then to the switch but im not really good with electricity.

Older Canadian cars dont have daytime runners. Neither my 89GT or my bros 91LX have them. if you look while youre driving around it seems that any cars that are about pre 95 dont have them.
No one should care so theres no reason to get them, unless of course you just want them.
