Just a few pics of my recently rebuilt 347. I'm excited to get it back in. I need to break the motor in before the snow flies. And the car hasn't seen a car wash in ages. And yes, I have a garage, but it's a dirt floor.

Have a customer who has a 66 v6, in poor shape, but thought about getting if for the right price and droping a 347 into it and fixing it up. Not enough original parts to keep it that way so time to have some fun!
still thinking on buying it.
Its the time vs money issue... when you have one you don't have the other.

The 347's are torque monsters. I'm running nitrous but even off the juice this motor puts out. I just love the bottom end power they put out. Just remember to check your oil regularly.
I just finished putting the motor in today and I will time it tomorrow and then I'm back in business. I just hate breaking them in. Takes too long.
