Not gonna happen because from 1994-present, all Mustangs went to 5-lug wheels. Some options available to you should you want to keep the rear a 4-lug would disc setup would be to get parts from either a Fox chassis Turbo Thunderbird, a '93 Mustang Cobra, or from a aftermarket company. (Not sure if Baer still produces that kit and SSBC may still have one but both are kind of $$$ compared to 5-lug conversions).

Is there a reason you want to go with rear disks, over say a kit with better pads/shoes, etc? And welcome to TMS!
