Hey guys I got an 87 gt conv. I got a lil problem witch I trying to solve but it seem that some people don't have the right answer.. My ? Is that if I can fit a 90 gt seatbelts onto my 87.. The reason I sa that is cuz Im changing from red to grey interior and I got a set of grey seat belts.. But it looks like my red ones on the rear seats they're just belts on the lap and the set that I got are across the chest and lap .. Is there a way I can fit them on or no ?

Well guess I can use them .. Bump they're useless now sell them ... Holler at me if any one is interested on some 90 verte and some 87 verts

 

Has you figured out no they don' work. '90 was the 1st year for 3 point rear belts. There are mounts for the retractors and the interior trim panels are changed. For the hatch/notch this is also true, they use a different trim panel and the hatch uses a different cargo shade that can only be used from '90-'93 the earlier ones are longer ( common mistake made mostly on ebay purchase ) and the hatch backs large trim panel is different like I stated.
