thanks guys. I bought a shorty antenna for it today. I need to find a 140 or 160 speedometer, and a Saleen bumper filler.

Sorry to hijack, but how do you put a shorty antenna on a fox? I bought one a couple years ago (which since has been lost who knows where) but the factory antenna seems to be all one piece. Just curious.

If they're available in black chrome, those would be the ticket IMHO.

I got the cobra grille on, and got some of the little things fixed. Still need to get a carpet, and/or a new set of headlights.

I was actually going to put one on mine originally, but I changed my mind at the last minute. The body shop talked me out of it. I still have it up in my room collecting dust. Maybe for a future stang.

hows your alternator hold up to the amp? I was gonna put a cyclone amp, and a 10" pioneer sub in it, but I was told the stock alternators can't handle it.

Did the 2.3s and 5.0s have different alternators or not? Mine's been ok so far. The sub is running on 200 watts rms, plus the door speakers are running on 120 watts rms each. The dumb part is I have to keep my car running if I want to listen to music/radio though. If I go too long running on just the battery, it dies. When I get another amp and put my other sub in, I think I'll probably have to get a capacitor.

I never thought of that, maybe it's just the 5.0 alternator? I am having wiring problems right now, my blinkers nor hazards work, and if I plug the trunk wire in, the trunk opens when I push the brakes... Help!!
