Very easy to do:

Get yourself enough fluid ( type F tranny fluid) and a drain pan. disconnect the low pressure line of the p/s pump ( it is the rubber hose with clamp the rubber/hard line that is screwed in is high pressure). I cap off the nipple in the p/s pump ( rubber caps can be found in the help rack of most parts stores or just ask should be 3/8). I like to bump the motor vs running it so pull the coil wire and spin the motor over to pump out the old fluid into the drain bucket, keep adding new fluid so you do not run the pump dry. keep going until it gets pretty clean. reattach the low pressure line and make sure the p/s fluid level is topped off. hook the coil wire back and run the engine turning the steering wheel full lock left/right a bunch of times to bleed air out and move fluid around. recheck the level. you should be good
