Edit. You have no turn signals either? You can check the brake pedal switch for the-No brake lights-but no turn signals could be the flasher or the signal switch on the steering column.

ok, I just checked, don't suppose that could affect the brake lights, do ya? I wouldn't think ther are tied togather like that....
Edit cause I'm a n00b...the flasher was in the back of the fuse panal, under the dash, still I replaced it & still no go on breaks... maybe the switch near the pedal? where is it located?

yup, fuses are good, weird thing is the hazards work & flash, but with the signal lights I dont even hear the clicking,, maybe it IS the turn sig switch, but the brakes shouldnt go through those...

It is possible that it is the multifunction switch....while the brake lights don't go through it, the turn signals activate the brighter portion of the bulbs and there could be an issue causing them to not light...I am guessing not being there but I have seen odd problems caused by a bad multifunction(turn signal stalk) switch.
You really need a Fluke (or other) meter and test the brake lights to see if voltage is at the switch. If you had access to a wiring diagram (Helm.com has Ford manuals available), you could trace the circuit down to see exactly where it runs through and better help you trace and test for the problem.
