Could somebody please tell me how I can purchase some new doors for my 87 Mustang GT. I've looked and looked, and I can find everything for this car but doors. I am not interested (at this time) in used doors.

Nobody makes a reproduction door or even door skin...if you want new then you have to begin a long quest for NOS (New Old Stock) doors and you can expect to pay a premium for them. Ford doesn't make them anymore which means you have to find the guy or shop that has stashed one or more away and he will be proud of them so prepare for sticker shock.

There are still tons of good used doors around so nobody has rushed out to make reproductions.

 

Around two years ago, I was told by a friend of mine, that at his work place, they stamped out OEM or After Market fenders, doors etc. and that they were producing Fox Body doors as well. He didn't have a clue where to purchase them, after they left his facility, but I was hoping maybe somebody on here would know?
If not? Its junk yard time!

 

I've never seen any reproduction doors available and my crash parts book doesn't list any doors available through Keystone. I've been in the business a long time and I have yet to see any Fox Doors available. Fenders and bumper covers yes...no doors.

 

I seen a couple on ebay that were being sold by MPS. I dont know if they still have them or not. I think they were NOS.
