I bought a 83 ttop coupe that is a original 5.0, manual car. The engine, tranny, and diff have been changed A 1985 engine that has been bored .020 over, 281 comp cam, 10.5:1 keithblack pistons and a 8.8 rear end with 4.10 posi. Now the question.......What should I do bout the exterior?.....i have already changed the original chocolate brown interior to black and red (even found the build sheet).

That would seem to be a rare car, a coupe with T-tops and a 5.0 car to boot. I have a preference for black but that's just me

 

sweet, I love the 4 eyed fox's, especially black witha 5.0

 

an 82 gt hood scoop. definitly a steering wheel swap and some new wheels would be nice, but not nessecary, otherwise it looks good even though i am not a t-top fan.

the rear window... I don't think they made quarter windows for the foxes...

 

its a notch, not a hatch, i dont think they make notch louvers, and if they do IMO it'd prolly look stupid.

 

they make them, and it actually looks pretty good...

 

well the car goes in for a complete on Jan 16th and going from bottom up. I was thinking on the old two tone paint lines with balck on the top and 2004 metallic Cobra Red on the bottom.

 

can't wait to see it finished.
