Lowering My Mustang

Just threw some 17in bullett wheels on my GT. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the beat to go about lowering my car. Recommend products, tricks, anything really.

Prefer Maximum Motorsports suspension components myself. Don't know how much you want to lower your vehicle's ride height, but maybe a '01 Bullitt spring and damper set could be the ticket if money is really tight.

The car came with eibach drag springs. So I cut a coil off the front and I have ford racing B springs on the back.

I have the Ford Racing 2300K Cobra brake kit. If you can swing the cost, I think it is best way to go. It is way easier than chasing all the parts, especially the little ones.

I used an eibach kit, that came with 4 lowering springs, tuned shocks - front and rear for those springs and bigger front and rear swaybars. The kit was around $1100 if I remember correctly. Handling was MUCH improved and the ride is quite a bit stiffer but not harsh at all.

Might have to look around a bit for NOS parts. IIRC, the M2300K kit is considered obsolete and no longer produced by Ford. At least that's what a Ford mechanic and fellow Fox owner (who also has this kit) told me.
