just thought I'd share...

some pictures of my car roasting the sneakers at the dragstrip the other week, it was all done with one-wheel drive

I borrowed two rims from a buddy and had old tires that I kept installed on them, so I guess you could say they were my dedicated drag tires, lol. It was my last run anyway, the lugnuts weren't quite torqued enough and came loose during the burnout, but not off. On the return road I heard the wheel thumping and pulled over and tightened them up! No damage was done to the studs or anything... I was very lucky.

which Mach are you referring to, Rich? I only see the orange new edge one and the old blue one

Valentino neglected to mention that he broke into the 14s. Very good run for a lightly modded fox on a hot day.

...and with one wheel drive and the clutch quadrant/cable screwed up

well, that run was before your massive burnout, so you may have had 1.5 wheel drive

I think the clutch pack was worn out well before I even went to the track. Some of the local slack-jawed yokels are talking about going down again labor day weekend and again on the 9th for test and tune, FYI.
