So I picked up another fox body the other day and I'm trying to get it all put together. It came with a gt40p intake and tall valve covers. So my question is will a 1/2" intake spacer be tall enough to where my throttle cable bracket won't touch my valve cover? Thanks

 

cut some stiff cardboard or other material to use has a guide. start with the 1/2" and lay it on the intake then sit the upper on it then go from there.
