Just replaced my stock instrument cluster with a ford Motorsport chp cluster. And nothing works but the tacometer. How can I fix this? Any ideas on what's goin on?

 

The speedo problem maybe it didn't snap in correctly. I would check all the connections are tight or to rule out the new cluster has being faulty put the old one back in. you may have to test for power at each connection and start tracing back. I'm assuming you adding a police cluster for a higher mph speedo ?
