Upper Plenum comes off, throttle body all stays connected to the plenum, 4 bolts hold on the fuel rail then un-plug the connectors, some will crack and twist them out. Be careful not to drop anything in the intake, cover as soon as the plenum is off. Pretty basic, just watch out for those loose items. Depending on how long they have been there they might stick and the O ring will stay but its easy to get them out with an L pick or tiny screwdriver..
