Are there any ductail style spoilers for the foxes? What sort of spoiler would look good on mine?

Your stang is awesome! I know how you feel about looking for spoilers! I just about went nuts trying to choose the right one!

word, I've changed directions with mine several times... I've settled on a 69 mach hood scoop, shaved emblems (except 5.0) custom grille, and body color side molding and door handles.

My personal opinion is that coupes look best without a spoiler. I also think you should reconsider the Mach 1 scoop idea...the lines don't flow with the car and it will look small on that hood.

As far as telling where it was in service you need to get the DSO information and it will give you a clue. If you get me that info I can tell you where it was ordered from.

the dso # is 22 0120

what sort of hood would you recomend? I like the cobra r, and the 2 inch cowl, but can't afford one of those right now. so I'm trying to go with what I can. Thanks for the help.

What you have is a Georgia State Patrol car....it was ordered among some crown vics under that DSO. My recommendation is to put the car back the way it was 2 tone with a stock hood and not modify it. If you modify the car externally you will ruin the value. GSP cars are one of the more popular color combos. Feel free to have some fun with it like I am with mine but I'd paint it back blue/grey two tone. Your car should be equipped with an AOD since all GSP cars were autos.

sweet!! do you have any pics of the tutone paint?

BTW, I dunno if I'll do the blue/grey because it has red int., dunno if it'd look right.... it is AOD also.

Red interior? It may not have been a marked unit. Can you get me the paint code off the door? There will be one or two numbers depending on if it was a two tone or not.

here is a couple shots of the marked units...The last 2 pics are mine as a slick top before I reinstalled the light bar. Your '90 would not have had the black wheels, they would have been silver unless it was an early production car.

I can't get the paint code right now. The car is at my brother's garage. I tried to give him a call, but got no answer. I do have one of the other numbers that were on the tags behind the headlight. I can't guarantee the accuracy of these numbers, because my brother read them off to me the other night. But here is what I have...

1-13xjsyj?(maybe a 1)... I dunno if this is the whole number or not, its just what he read off to me. I'll be going down to start the work on it in a few weeks, I can get the numbers for certain then.

hey Paul, according to specialservicemustang.net it says DSO 22 was in Charlotte, so mine would be a NCHP, not Ga... right?

That is correct, I double checked with my source and he looked up the wrong number by mistake as he was on another call and did it quickly. I emailed him the whole number and he is going to dig in the files to see if he can find anything more for you.
