has anybody on here retrofitted them onto a fox? If so, what vehicle did you use them from? Thanks

The kits are avaliable from just about every Mustang supplier. they run around 75.00 and will work with fiberglass hoods. Just check some of the suppliers for hood lift kits.

ok, thanks. I'll look around. I was wondering, if anybody has one of these kits, what size are they fully extended, & fully closed? I was just gonna look at work, & grab a couple with the right dimensions.

Be careful, there are different tensions on these things so you could potentially get one that is set up for a heavy hatch and bend your hood. You are better off just buying a kit....the time you spend trying to figure out, you could make more than enough money at work to pay for it....unless your time is worth nothing, then your not out anything.
