Worth the money but not worth buying. If you want a set of good heads, just hold out and buy a good set. The GT40's just won't give you what your looking for. Trick Flow, AFR.

People constantly give you advice on what to buy and you always choose the cheapest route. If you don't have the money to save for a good set of heads, then you don't have the money to put together the right combination of parts to do a GT40 based build any justice.

Honestly anything less than a set of gt40x heads is a waste. The trick flow stage 1 cam will work with stock length pushrods but honestly you're pissing in the wind. I went with Victor jr heads with tf 1 cam and it sounded fantastic but the car was still weak. Get on eBay and Craigslist and find a good used set of heads.

Might be something that you might want to look into.

You go and ask these very same question on the Corral and get the same answer of AFR's or Trick Flow 170's and you ignore the suggestions again..... lol. Why waste everyone's time with your posts? If your pinching pennies to build your car I don't put much hope in this "sleeper" status you hope to achieve.

Agreed, nice heads and if I were looking to do a simple rebuild I'd go for a set but anything more than that and I'd spend the money on a good set of heads.
