Foxbody sn95 axle swap

Hi guys, I just recently picked up a 1993 GT, and I have an 8.8 out of a 1998 mustang GT that i plan on swapping out. What will I need for the swap?

The biggies I know of:
(1) Axle length is an issue but if the '98 Rear end has the brakes then 5 lug wheels with that offset is a must. Foxbody 8.8 offsets won't work.
(2) Parking brake cable change
(3) Master Cylinder volume (research this hard) =. Not all MCs fit the '94 Booster and peddle feel is directly related to this.
(4) Gear Ratio. Make sure you know what gears are in that pumpkin before you hang it.
Lots of 5-Lug swap stuff on the web.

Okay, thanks. It has 3.73's in it (a big upgrade from my 2.73's). Would i be able to use the master cylinder from the 98 mustang?
