Fox Restoration
Hello,
Im thinking about buying an 89 Mustang GT. Its not in very good condition at all, but I would like to restore it to like new condition, with the sxception of upgrading the suspension and rebuilding the motor with forged pistons. Im a 17 year old senior in high school, and I have plenty of experience with cars. What am I getting myself into, and about how much money am I looking at spending? Thanks for any info.

Thanks for the info! Ive already ordered a magazine from 50resto. I had heard that they already had forged pistons, but I didnt know if my source was correct. I cam do most of the work myself, and I have a mechanic friend that can help my with most of the harder work.

Thanks for the information. If anyone can help me find a black dash, it will be much appreciated. I want to put a black interior in it, and Ive found everything but that and the plastic peices in the hatch.

you might have to get a gray one and paint it with interior paint or dye it. the only place i have seen with them is 50resto and they sell the whole black interior as a kit. dont know if they sell it seperate or not
