Ebay short throw and CAI

Just wondering if these eBay products (no name type) are any good? They are only $50 each, thats cheap! For the intake, how much better/worse quality can one be? It's just tubing and a filter! I have read that the no name short throw shifters can be noisy and clunky, but It does it do what it says its suppose to do which is reduce the throw! Does anyone have these products installed in their cars and want to give me a bit of feedback on the product?

Tks in advance?

wow no takers?

lots of the stuff thats brandless is like throwing money away. a good amount of it has poor fitment and will need to be replaced sooner then later if you can get it to work.

best I can say is to find some good name brand take off stuff.

I don't have much experience on those, but I would imagine a no name CAI would be alright. But I'd be careful with shifters. A lot of people like the Pro 5.0 shifter on the older 5.0's. What's the price range on these eBay parts? Have you checked out American Muscle, CJPONYPARTS, or Late Model Restoration? My personal preference would be to go with one of them, customer support is huge and that's something you won't get buying on eBay.

There is this one from Latemodel restoration. I have been thinking about trying it.

You'll be better off buying a nice one straight off that bat instead of buying those and haivng to get a nice one to replace it later.

It's a bigger hit to the wallet, but you may never need another short throw again. This is my first choice, and hopefully get it soon.

I am using a B&M pro ripper shifter and I love it.
