Does anyone know were it is on a 89 mustang? My fan is stuck on.

It must be in the module that came with the fan.... That year didn't come with an electric fan, Just FYi if you already didn't know...Sorry if you did.

 

All 2.3L cars have electric fans, the 5.0L cars have belt driven fans.

 

You really should have pointed out in your first post that it was for a 2.3, seeing as you don't specify which engine in your sig or avatar we are left to assume and we usually assume we are talking about 5.0s.
Anyways, I couldn't find any diagrams of a 2.3 in a quick google search, but I'm sure SVOPaul can help you. I honestly thought it would be controlled with the car's ECU and not adjustable manually since its a factory electric fan but I don't know how the 2.3s are.

 

Yup I was assuming it was a 5.0.....
