Cobra Intake question

Cobra Intake question

Just Wondering the Cobra Intake adds 35 more horse power. Or is it more?

I seriously doubt more....take all advertising claims with a grain of salt because you can bet that the test they did was not the same as your engine where they claim to have gotten those numbers. That IS a good intake but with every product don't take for granted you will see the same gains.

I would **** my pants if i saw somebody get a 35hp gain from jsut a cobra intake.

um...added cobra intake to my car. dont think i got 35 hp gain. you might see it if you rev the engine higher just b/c the factory intake sucks at high rpm. but i also added a few other parts along the way. so i really dont know what the intake alone added. its definitely well above the factory

I cant rember where i read it but i heard upgrading ur headers,exaust,with that intake that you would gain 35 more horses i guess it was wrong. Dosent make sense 35 horses just from an intake.i dont know what to say.

That intake and a completely new exhaust system will definetely be capable of 35hp gains... notice I say capable.
