Can anyone tell me way my car is eating starters

Have replaced the starter 3 times last month and now it is out again. They work for a while but after a couple of weeks the teeth will not fully engage the fly wheel. Any advice is appreciated

Any pic's of the starter bendix? It sounds like your flywheel is chewing up the teeth on the starter. Does the starter engauge fully off the vehicle?

starter could be to close to flywheel, chewing it up, i know GM starters have shim kits that help with this, maybe ford as the same..
