Like title says, i installed a vortech and my c4 doesnt want to shift on wot to 3rd gear. It is a manual valve body c4 vaccuum line going in from intake manifold and to bov and to tranny with a T. Vaccum line problem maybe? Thanks.

 

Do those things run a detent cable? Manual valve body should just go right in I'm thinking. I'm guessing it works fine as long as not wot. Or maybe the cable needs adjusting.

 

It shifted fine before the vortech. And it was adjusted just fine. I can run wot 1-2 and let off a 1/4 and shift to 3rd fine. But wot no way.

 

What vacuum lines go to that trans? Possibly installing a vacuum check valve in that line to kill positive pressure.
