Blinkers stopped working

(1990 5.0 GT)

Both side turn signals won't blink. They will only stay on. I checked all the fuses under the sterring wheel already and their good. Hazard lights work fine tho. Please help. I'm tired of having to signal manually lol

Have you looked at the blinker relay??

If not it is a silver tube like thing that should plug in around the fuse box. When that usually goes out thats what normally happens with the blinkers. There shoudl be 2 of them one for your normal blinkers and the other for your hazards.

Did you try switching it to the other one to see if it would fix it?? You could have changed the one for the emergancy flashers

I'm sorry, but I just can't resist asking if you checked the level on your blinker fluid....

Check to see if you have any bulbs out. It has been my experience that when the blinker light stays on it's usually a blown bulb.
