BACK window motors 4 Fox Verts
Wondering has anyone else had this problem? It seems no one makes window motors for the back quarter windows. A closer look reveals the problem the front doors have a pyramid and a shorter metal gear. At present I suppose the only option is to cannibalize an existing pony convertible.
another option to try and cut the pyramid from with in the standard plastic gear. Has anyone tried to cut out the plastic pyramid in the center/.

The outer teeth of the white plastic gear match perfectly. Its only in the center that things are different.
Front doors have a pyramid like center as opposed to the back window ones that are a circle centered in the middle.. Thus I may be able to cut with a hot knife or grind with a stone the center pyramid into a circle but just have not tried yet.
