Alignment help!

I have a 91 gt that has been attempted to be restored. Clean title but panels are differ we and fenders aren't properly aligned. A year ago I hit a curb with the right front wheel and developed a slight pull to the passengers side. The only noticeable damage was curb rash on the wheel. I took my vehicle to the alignment shop and camber and toe were both off but were put to specs. My caster was 2.0 L and 1.5 R so I wanted to eliminate the factor of the .5 degree of camber so I got caster camber plates to correct this. My passengers side just barely got to 3.0 with the plates maxed out and the drivers side went to 3.5 degrees. All other alignment angles were symmetrical and to specs. I have swapped the tires on both sides. And according to an alignment machine it looks spot on, but to the naked eye you can see the wheels just don't look straight. I swapped the front struts thinking I had one that was bent, checked the control arms, k member and the steering knuckle and all I found was that the passengers side was shifted farther back than the drivers side. You can see paint scratched where it was allegedly shifted back on the frame. I don't know if I need to just realign car after the K member shifts back or what. I am pointing towards buying some plumb bobs to check the K member. Any comments, experiences or similar thoughts on this subject would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ahead of time!

Adder: the passengers side wheel is closer in the rear than it is in the front and on the drivers side the spacing is even.
