i have no problem with the green and im sure after a good paint job its really gonna shine. The only problem im having about changing the color are the traces of the green. like in the engine bay mostly.
ONE more thing, which rims would look the best on here?
Going on mon. to install dual exhaust on her by the way and placed a order for about 500 in restoration parts. i got all new weather stripping, new headlights, new carpet and monday getting a complete overhaul on the engine
i know its alot for the first week of having it but i want this car to be super clean

I'd keep the green. I love that color! And I think pony wheels would look best if you're going for a stock look.

Also, would you mind posting a video of the exhaust after it's done? I'm just curious.
Around $2500.
depends on where you get it done, and how good of quality you want. It also depends on alot of variables. I had my gmc sierra painted, and the body shop that did it was hard up on work. They quoted me at $1800 to repaint it the same color, including 3 coats of clear, and they wet sanded it before clear and after . When I went to pick it up, I asked how much he total price would be if i paid cash, they took $150 off of it...
you're car looks clean, and its smaller than a full size truck, so it shouldnt be too expensive to paint since it doesn't need body work. The only thing that may be expensive is that color of paint, and obviously the clear.

The wheels you have are "ten-holes". I don't know if you can buy them new anywhere, but I see them on places like craigslist all the time.
Blue Notch is right- also on EvilBay a lot too. Sometimes you'll find clean ones too. Also I've noticed tires in that size (225/60R15) are a bit harder to find. Tire places usually tell me they dont have them or have to special order them, and it makes it even harder to get raised white letter tires.
So the wheels i have are not mustang wheels?
The ones i have on right now are brand new, with new tires on them. i was just curious if you guys thought they looked ugly. dont want to be left in the dark

No, those are Mustang wheels, they came on LX Models like yours from the factory...they look nice are your car. Personally, I would keep them...I'm not a fan of aftermarket wheels, thats just me.
I agree with above post. I remember the LX wheels with the holes in them. They were very, very nice for their time compared to other 2 door pony cars. I would definitely keep them because they just go with the car so well and for me would bring back memories of all my buddies Mustangs we used to have fun in.
Stick with the same color. I was going to change the color of my car but then realized that I don't want to pull the motor. Can't stand looking at a car that has a different colour engine bay when the hood is open. Unless the car was originally black, then sometimes that can look pretty cool....sometimes
I think those wheels look great. A lot better than the stock 4cyl wheels like mine came with.
I like my 10 holes cause with the white hood, i got that SSP mustang look
Although the raised white letters kinda takes away from that look. As far as I know, the only cars that had the 10 holes were Mustangs (and their Mercury Capri counterparts).
