'92 summer feature

I have been looking to buy a mustang and have been looking at a 1992 lx summer feature convertible. From what I have been able to find this is a limited production model. Is this true? Is this a good find?

Also it has a new motor in it with 10:1 forged pistons with a stage 1 cam, cobra intake, and gt40 x aluminum heads. Was trying to see if anyone know what kind of power to expect from a set up like this? He claims around 300hp. I plan to drive it Friday and if it is a good running car pic it up. Also he is asking $4900, and from the pics it's in really good shape. Has new seat cover that are the original white as of 1 year ago as well as a new paint as of 6 years ago. The new motor only has 10000 miles on it. Any info and guidance would be great thanks

If the 04 is a stock GT then my money would be on the modified Fox winning in a straight line.
