Well, replaced the fan, and not too soon - several large cracked sections all around the base. (Surprisingly easy to remove - hope the bolts on the clutch or pulley don't fly off!) The EGR coolant hose toward the firewall was a real PITA to remove and replace - had to do it by feel! Got the cuts on the hands to prove it. The tube was blocked completely with junk about 5"~6", so planning on a cooling system flush to make sure. Next up, alternator. Sigh... wish I had more $$$ since someone locally is selling a IRS Cobra rear suspension/center section, and IMO, it would make for a good excuse to do a 5-lug conversion!
