This and rust along the pinch weld of the fire wall, rusted floor in hatch area, rot in the cowl area.these are also expensive repairs. look for rust on the under side of the doors/hatch and rockers. really try and look around the windshield trim for tiny rust bubbles under the paint or rust peeking up from under the trim, water loves to sit here and the hatch and cause rot but the trim can hide it, also very costly fix, another known rot spot, the door jamb where top door hinge mounts to the body the factory adds some extra metal there and it creates a lip but also the door to body seal comes right down along there and makes a bend where the body trurns down, water will sit right there behind the seal and get into the lip and cause rot. If you gently pull the weather seal back ( it will go back in very easy) you may see rot since 80% of them have it even mine had some mild rust there that I had to fix when I did my resto. look for past body repairs also.
Take a good look at the exterior trim, stuff the like exterior moldings, sail panels on the quater windows. The parts for the early foxes are very, very hard to find and the repop market is even slim ( it just picking up for the aero fox now). same is true for the interior. some stuff can be restored with some work bit of it is really bad it can get costly fast.
hope this helps.
