5.0L Question (OHV)
its about heads... what improvements do the GT40 heads offer over regular heads on a normal 5.0L?? also, are they really iron?? because i was looking online and found a set of GT40X heads that were aluminum..

I can't give you numbers if thats what you mean by improvements. my understanding though is those stock heads are almost worthless. GT 40 heads are a common way to go, especially on a budget.
