I have a 1990 5.0. The parking brake does not hold to the rear drums all the way allowing the car still to roll when the parking brake is set. It slips way too much and i cannot seem to find any adjustment to it. I have looked in the places that i have seen them before on other cars but cannot seem to find it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There is an adjustment for the handle at the base of the parking brake lever and the adjustment for the rears are accessed through the backing plates. But first make sure your cables are working...it is quite common for them to seize from corrosion over the years. A new set of cables can be purchased from your local auto parts store for around $40 each.
