4 Lug to 5 Lug Conversion

Looking to do a swap from 4 to 5 lug set up on a 93 4 Cyl 'Vert. Looking to maximize wheel options, as find a nice set of 4 lug ponys (chrome or grey) seems to be near impossible. I have access to a 95 Stang and can grab the complete front set-up. Is this best? Can also grab the rear end assembly, but have been told a simple axle swap is easier. Any/all opinions wanted. Thanks
