347 stroker tune

I have a 347 stroker built by Jim woods and I now have 1500 miles on it and getting a bobble/ power loss when at high rpm it's not pullin like it used to. Is there anyone GOOD in Michigan area with tuning these cars? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Scott

Are you speed density or Mass air?

More details about your build would help to, such as computer code, cams, heads, compression, etc.
